Dealers' Den Sign-Up

The NordicFuzzCon Dealer’s Den is a place where many of the fandom’s greatest designers and crafters showcase their creations for attendees to enjoy and purchase. If you are a furry or furry-adjacent designer who wishes to sell your creations in our Dealer’s Den, then this page has crucial information for you!

Update 1 —

Some tables may only have 1 m of space behind them instead of 1.5 m as previously announced. You will be informed by the Dealers’ Den team if your table(s) fall under this category.

The Application

To be considered for the NordicFuzzCon 2026 Dealer’s Den, you must submit an application. The application is not first come first serve, and will be open for 2 weeks. Please take the time you need to apply correctly.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You can only submit ONE portfolio link for us to review. We strongly encourage single-page websites or PDFs that show both your merchandise and table setups (if you’ve never been a vendor before, a photo of your setup at home as a demo is fine). Please ensure your portfolio is visible to the public and does NOT require a login. We will not be logged into Instagram, FurAffinity, etc., and we will not have time to browse multiple sub-links and galleries.

Applications will close on August 9th 2025. We aim to finish curation and send responses to all applicants within 3 weeks after applications close.

Please be sure to read all the information on this page before submitting your application.

Curation

We curate vendors for the Dealer’s Den based on these factors:

  • Correct, On-Time Application: You’ve correctly filled out the application with one portfolio link and submitted the application on time.
  • Relevance: We’re looking for furry or furry-adjacent creators and products that appeal to fans of furry, fantasy, science fiction, nature, self-expression, and related interests.
  • Quality: Your products should be well-designed and well-produced. We welcome, and encourage, a wide price range in goods for our attendees, from the simplest stickers to the most elaborate premade fursuits.
  • Quantity: You should be able to bring enough products for an event that’s expecting ~5500+ attendees (you might not sell something to each attendee, of course, but you shouldn’t show up with only 2 plushies and a small box of stickers to sell).
  • Variety We’re looking for vendors that appeal to as many interests and needs of our attendees as possible! Clothing, fursuits, housewares, tech gear, sculptures, toys, collectibles, costuming, artwork… The more variety our den has, the more everyone can find something they like!

Waitlist

If you qualify for the Dealer’s Den but aren’t offered a table, we will put you on the waiting list. If a spot for you opens up, we will reach out to you via the email you provided in your Dealer’s Den application. You will have 2 business days* to respond to us to confirm that you’d like the offered table; If we don’t hear from you before then, we’ll offer the spot to the next person on the list. If you accept the table, you will have 7 business days* to pay for it (after it has been added to your registration).

*This may change: You will be given all the information you need in your email.

Note: NordicFuzzCon 2026 is placing a cap on new registrations after reaching 5500 paid registrations. If you are offered a table from the waitlist after new registrations have already closed, we’ll help with exploring options to help you get a ticket to attend the convention and join our Dealer’s Den; However, we cannot guarantee this, and we encourage you to to join our convention before registrations close.

Tables

We will be offering the following tables for NordicFuzzCon 2026.

TableSizePrice (in SEK)
Half90 x 73cm500
Single180 x 73cm1000

Paying for Your Table

Once you’ve accepted an offered table for the Dealer’s Den, the table fee will be added to your registration. Exact details on how and when to pay will be provided with your acceptance email.

Rules and Accepted Merchandise

NordicFuzzCon is enforcing two new rules for 2026:

  • No AI: We do not allow designs made with AI. Tools such as Photoshop’s generative fill are permitted within moderation, but our Dealer’s Den is meant to showcase and celebrate the real skills of real creators. Applications for vendors selling AI-generated designs will be discarded.
  • No resellers: Our Dealer’s Den focuses on vendors who have designed their own products or crafted their own creations themselves. Vendors may outsource production of their merchandise, but we do not allow vendors who purchase the creations of others to then resell in our Dealer’s Den (this includes downloading and printing 3D printed sculptures or toys that the vendor themself did not design). We may make certain exceptions for artist collectives where at least 1 member of the collective is managing the Dealer’s Den table in person at NordicFuzzCon.

Vendors in the Dealer’s Den must also abide by these other rules:

  • All items and services sold and offered in the Dealers’ Den need to comply with Swedish law.
  • Selling food or drink is not allowed.
  • You cannot host a raffle or lottery.
  • Explicit adult related items and merchandise need to be clearly marked as such and either hidden in binders/folders or censored.
  • Dealers are allowed to sell copyrighted material as long as they have the proper license. However, only 5% of your wares may be of licensed material.
  • It is prohibited to sell and display anything pertaining to inappropriate themes, taxidermy (leather goods are accepted), and symbols that represent prohibited organisations or promote hate, discrimination, harassment, violence or harassment of other people based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, religion, age, sexual orientation, or nationality.
  • You cannot bother your neighbors or attendees with loud sounds/music or strong scents. If you are selling music, bring headphones for customers to sample privately.
  • In case of disagreements, the Dealers’ Den team always has the final say.

Assistants

Each vendor will be given 2 helper badges that they can assign to any registered attendee. Dealer assistants can enter the Dealer’s Den during setup and teardown, and help manage their vendor’s table during open hours.

Hours

An exact schedule, including setup and teardown hours, will be announced later (we encourage you to visit the Schedule page for the latest updates). We plan on having the Dealer’s Den open to the public from Noon to 18:00, Thursday through Saturday.

There will not be a lunch break, but vendors are permitted to eat behind their tables if they wish. Non-vendor attendees will not be allowed to bring food or drink into the Dealer’s Den.

Power

We will do our best to provide all dealerships with power outlets, however we cannot guarantee this and vendors may need to share outlets near to their tables.

We strongly encourage all vendors to bring their own lights and batteries to sufficiently illuminate their stands.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your dealership, reach out to us immediately at dealers.den@nordicfuzzcon.org .

If your table is cancelled, we will offer it to the next available vendor on the waiting list. You cannot request to transfer your table to a friend or a specific person.

We do not offer refunds for paid tables. It may not be possible to transfer your paid table to someone moved off the waitlist.

Alternatives to the Dealer’s Den

The Dealer’s Den at NordicFuzzCon is wholly unique and managed differently from other selling-related spaces at NordicFuzzCon. However, if you aren’t accepted to the Dealer’s Den or are looking for a different way to share and sell your creations, the Artist Alley, Creative Exposé, and After Bark Festival may interest you.
